Todd Crippin has had an active faith throughout his life even when he felt like a poser within his outward Christian life.
Living dual lives at times, he still desired to know God better. Through his wife and children, Todd began to bring his faith into focus again. Fixated on living an active faith, he began involving himself in his church community and searching for God through prayer and scripture.
Coupling this with a strong desire to serve as light to his co-workers and others he met, he began to search for ways to incorporate his faith into his professional life. This led to viewing professional and personal lives as one.
From this, the idea of taking corporate concepts and practices and incorporating them into studying the Bible began to coalesce. Having always found comfort in Christian devotions, Todd decided to create a devotional that created an active approach in understanding how a verse(s) is applying to him.

About Todd Crippin
“I was struck one day by an exercise I have been through a few times in my professional career. It is an exercise in which you decide what you are going to Keep, Start, and Stop (KSS) about a process or business unit as a whole. I have found this helps me to engage and actively work to pursue solutions to that which I am applying KSS. To this end, I decided to try an experiment. What if I reviewed favorite bible verses of mine and applied the KSS system. Could I read a verse(s) and reflect on what God is calling me to Keep doing, Start doing, and Stop doing based upon the scripture. I also decided to add one more verb to the process – Deliver. In other words, how am I going to deliver on my KSS promises.”
